Run For The Kids 2013

OK – been a little sedentary of late – actually done absolutely nothing since the 1st January – Exercise or work.

Just signed up for the 2013 Run For The Kids – I need motivation and this is it – 15K in 10Image weeks time, all I need now is a plan and some new runners, although the latter will have to wait.


Gotta love plan that starts with a rest day!

The race is a new distance so a PB is a monte, last time I ran it it was only 14.38k.
