Well for the first time ever, I will be posting a DNS (Did Not Start) for tomorrow’s Run For The Kids.
Was hoping that my knee would be better after last Sunday’s 13K run but it’s still not right. I could run it if I drugged myself up but I’m not going down that road again.
I went to the gym today for an upper body workout and jumped on the treadmill before leaving, just to see how my knee would hold up. I pushed myself a bit and after 1K I headed home.
By the time I got out of the car, I knew I wouldn’t be running tomorrow, so if you know someone who wants to run in the 14K, email me – it’s free.
