Sledge Hammers?

Last night we headed down to the Aquarium to see the baby hammerheads. Whilst we’re members and we get free entry, I have to say that the hype surrounding this “exhibit” on TV and radio is way over the top. The hammerheads are there in place of a number of the larger sharks and the babies are kept separate from the other fish in a netting that would be 5 x 3 metres. Baby Hammerhead is in the background:

West Ham Utd (Hammers) on the other hand continue to astound – another win on New Years Day and we’re 15th on the table.  We have a few games against lowly clubs in January/February before a horror draw in April – Man U, Man C, Villa, Spurs, Bolton and Chelsea – we’ll need to be safe before then or really lucky with the results.

This morning I headed to the gym for a 9:00am cycle class – first one in a while and had a great workout.

I completely agree with the let down of the Baby Hammerheads exhibit, we went to the Aquarium specifically to see them and paid ~$35 each to see the babies in the distance behind a net. The only other spot where you can see them is tiny and only allows you to see them if they swim under that spot. Very dissapointing.
